Creamy Blackberry Mint Vinaigrette
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
2 tbsp Fresh Mint leaves chopped
1 tsp Sour Cream
1/2 Lemon squeezed
1/2 cup Pureed Blackberries

Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and wisk together add salt and pepper to taste.

Avocado Pear Salad:
Organic Mixed Greens
Cucumber
Sliced Pears
Green Onion
Avocado
Mint Leaves
Feta Walnuts
