PORT ANGELES, Wash. -- Searchers so far have found no sign of a 71-year-old Seattle man considered overdue from a hike in Olympic National Park.

Park spokeswoman Barb Maynes said Friday that Bryan Lee Johnston traveled to the Olympic Peninsula on Aug. 22. He had talked of plans to day hike on the Ozette Loop Trail and return in several days. Relatives reported him overdue on Wednesday.

Rangers found his truck in the Ozette Ranger station parking lot.
Ground searchers, boat searchers, dog teams and a helicopter have failed to find him.

Maynes says the park is looking for anyone who might have information on Johnston s location.
