Last week we as a nation stood witness to the second worst school shooting in U.S. history, the worst being the Virginia Tech Massacre. The Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Connecticut took 26 lives, including 20 little kids in a first grade class. The immense sadness and despair that follows a tragedy like this sometimes makes it hard to navigate our own emotions and help our children cope. So we wanted to invite a panel of experts to assist us in understanding how best to move forward. Doctor Gregory Jantz, Doctor Kristine Berrett and Counselor Mary Erickson weight in.
