The Seattle Veterans Museum is closing its doors at Benaroya Hall.
People have been visiting the collection of military memorabilia in downtown Seattle since 2002, but now funding problems are forcing the museum to find a new home.
The volunteer-run museum is in need of additional resources, from money to manpower.
We need some paid employees doing it; with volunteers you get lots of stuff done but you don't have that consistent 40 hours a week work getting accomplished moving forward, said curator Todd Crooks.
Crooks is hoping someone will come forward with a new location for the museum.
