Flavored waters in the store would seem to be the answer until you look closely and read the ingredient list and wonder what is all that stuff?
Jean Enersen invites us into her kitchen and share's her favorite way to drink her wonderful water without the manufactured mystery ingredients for your Healthy Dish.

Wonderful Water

Directions
Basil or Mint Water
1 16 oz. glass of water, ice optional.
3-4 Basil or Mint leaves.
stir or better yet shake using a pint sized canning jar with lid.
Cucumber, lime slice and or basil for garnish.

Orange Water
1 16 oz. glass (canning jar with lid), ice optional.
2-3 oz. Orange Juice.
Cold Water to fill the container.
Shake or stir to blend.
Garnish with orange slice and mint.

Raspberry Water
1 16 oz. glass (canning jar with lid), ice optional.
2-3 oz. Fresh Raspberry Juice.
Cold Water to fill the container.
stir or better yet shake using a pint sized canning jar with lid.
Garnish with a Celery stalk.

For Berry Juice use fresh Raspberries or whatever is your favorite type of berry.
Squeeze and press them through a fine screen sieve to seperate the juice from the seeds.
