Cooking with Tulalip Casino for the Auction of WA Wines


Every August, Washington wine-lovers and some of the finest winemakers come together for three days of festivities at Chateau Ste. Michelle, to raise money for a couple of great programs. Chef Perry Mascitti, Executive Chef at Tulalip Resort Casino, joined host Margaret Larson on the show today with a preview of what's in store for the 27th Annual Auction of Washington Wine weekend. Chef Perry prepared a rosemary parma chard with smoke lamb tartare and prosciutto, medjool date balsamic jam, chevre, and seasonal micro greens. Then, Yashar Shayan, founder of and Sommelier Consultant with Q Hospitality Management talked about the Picnic and Barrel Auction.
