Larry Clayburn of Bothell with his 53 pound Halibut caught Sunday 6/7 out of Westport WA. It was a beautiful day on the briny, fishing was good, and Larry was really excited to have this fish . Halibut fishing will be open next Sunday the 14th and most likely the 21st also.The Westport Charterboat Association sponsors weekly and/or daily derbys through out the season for Lingcod, Halibut, Salmon, and Albacore Tuna.
