Thomas Rawls officially listed as questionable for Sunday vs. Packers

Seattle Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls started Week 1 of the regular season as questionable to play against his former team, the Green Bay Packers. He will head to Green Bay with the same designation.

On Monday, coach Pete Carroll said he was hoping to see if he could “move him up” as the team practiced throughout the week. Rawls was listed as a full participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

Battling a lingering high ankle sprain since the first game of the preseason, Rawls missed significant time in competing in the race to be named the Seahawks starting running back.

The Seahawks released their injury report Friday, and Rawls remains questionable against the Packers.

The injury report will be updated Friday afternoon to include practice participation. Since Rawls was a full-go Wednesday and Thursday, there isn’t any reason to think otherwise for Friday.

Regardless, it looks like Rawls will be a game-time decision.
