SEATTLE -- Former Seattle Mariners pitcher Jamie Moyer continues to amaze the baseball world, still pitching for the Colorado Rockies at the age of 49.
Now you can own a piece of him, or at least own his former Seattle home that he’s put on the market. Moyer’s 7,100 square-foot estate at 2550 40th Avenue West in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood has an asking price of $5.35 million.
The 1933 brick home comes with seven bedrooms, five bathrooms and hardwood floors. It includes a swimming pool, bath house, croquet yard, batting cage and an outdoor pizza oven.
