The Seattle Mariners have unveiled the new Dave Niehaus patch, in honor of the legendary Hall of Fame broadcaster who died last year.

The patches will be worn by the Mariners in 2011 in Dave's memory. The black, oval patch has "DAVE" in bold white type, an old fashioned microphone and Dave's signature saying, "My Oh My!"

The patch will be available at all Seattle Mariners Team Stores beginning Opening Night, Friday, April 8. The price will be $10 each.

Proceeds from the sale of the patches will benefit the Food Allergy & Anaphlaxis Network.

The team will hold a special tribute to Dave Niehaus during the pregame ceremonies on Opening Night at Safeco Field. The pregame program will start at approximately 6:30 p.m.

For more information, go to the Seattle Mariners website.
