TACOMA, Wash.  -- Asiyah Davis' tiebreaking rebound basket with 18 seconds left in overtime gave Cleveland its second 3A state girls championship in four years in a 45-43 win over Seattle Prep on Saturday.

Joyce Harrell blocked an attempted layup with 2 seconds left for the Eagles (27-3).

"It's amazing," Davis said. "I've wanted this my whole high school career.”

Cleveland led by 15 at halftime but saw that lead melt away as the Panthers (23-6) had an 18-4 advantage in the third quarter.

Seattle Prep eventually tied it at 36, and Michaela Carew's free throw with 3:09 left in regulation gave the Panthers their first lead.

Myzhanique Ladd's layup with 19 seconds left in regulation tied it at 38. In overtime, Seattle Prep's Holly Tonry hit a 3-pointer from the corner to give the Panthers a 43-41 lead, but Cleveland scored the final four points.

Cleveland's Alexia Mefi scored 15 points and added 13 rebounds before leaving with an apparent leg cramp in overtime. Tournament MVP Makala Roper added nine points for the Eagles.

Carew had 19 points and 13 rebounds.
