(AP) -- Sophomore Stephanie McDonagh hit 3-pointer with 4.5 seconds left to lift Vancouver's Skyview to a 55-54 quarterfinal win over Federal Way Thursday at the state 4A girls basketball tournament at the Tacoma Dome. Federal Way's Darah Huertas-Vining made one of two free-throw attempts with 17.6 seconds left to put the Eagles up 54-52. Skyview took the ball down the court without calling a timeout and found McDonagh open from the left side of the key just outside the 3-point line. Brooke Bowen led the Storm (23-3) with 18 points and eight rebounds. She was 8-of-12 from the field. Katie Swanson scored 15 to go with six rebounds and four assists. The Eagles (22-5) got 18 points and eight rebounds from Raven Benton. Huertas-Vining scored 13 and Dyesha Belhumeur 12 for Federal Way.
