TACOMA, Wash. (AP) -- Tanner Nelson hit two free throws to send the game to overtime and Jordan Chatman hit the go-ahead 3 pointer with just under a minute left in the extra period to lead Union to a 66-65 quarterfinal win over Jackson Thursday night at the state 4A boys basketball tournament at the Tacoma Dome.

The BYU-bound Chatman and Nelson scored 20 points each for the Titans (19-7). Nelson's free throws with 9.6 seconds left in regulation tied the score at 60. Nelson was 3 of 4 from the free-throw line in OT.

Jason Todd had 22 points and a game-high 13 rebounds for the Timberwolves (19-6). Todd was 14 of 15 from the free-throw line. Sam Brown led Jackson with 24 points, including six 3-pointers.

Union, from Camas, won the 3A title in 2010 and is looking for its first 4A title.
