Below are the Blitz Performers of the Week for week 3. Blitz chooses the performers of the week by determining five athletes that made a significant contribution to their teams’ success that week. Athletes can always be nominated to be a top performer by emailing player stats to

Willie Patterson (QB), Franklin Pierce

Senior Patterson had over 600 total yards in Franklin Pierce’s win over Lindbergh, 50-14. He had 326 passing yards and 281 rushing yards that accounted for 5 touchdowns.


J.J. Jerome (RB), Monroe

Senior Jerome was instrumental in Monroe’s 56-7 win over Kamiak with 272 total yards. He had 246 rushing yards on 22 carries and 26 yards on 3 catches for 3 touchdowns. 


Jamon Chambers (RB), Stadium

Chambers put on a show in Stadium’s 54-20 win over Spanaway Lake. He had 223 rushing yards and 290 total yards with 4 touchdowns.


Corbin Walker (WR/DB), Hazen

Sophomore Walker had an impressive performance for Hazen, despite the 39-34 loss to Kent Meridian. He ended the night with 14 catches for 194 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Will Schafer (DB/WR), Meadowdale

Junior Schafer had the game winning interception in the 47-40 overtime win over Everett. Schafer also had 7 catches for 121 yards and the 44 yard field goal that forced the game into overtime.
