TACOMA, Wash. (AP) -- Leading scorer Aleisha Hathaway returned from a one-game suspension to score 14 points, Chelsea Chandler added 11 and Shadle Park defeated Seattle Prep 49-37 in the quarterfinals of the 3A girls state tournament on Thursday night. Shadle Park (18-8) will face second-ranked Holy Names (24-2) in Friday's semifinals. Shadle Park took over in the second quarter, outscoring Seattle Prep 15-5 in the period to take a 24-14 halftime lead. Kari Luttinen kept Seattle Prep (17-10) in the game by scoring 24 points. But the rest of the Panthers shot just 5 of 23 from the field for the game. Brittany McMillan added nine points for Seattle Prep.
