RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks coach Jim Mora saw Matt Hasselback at lunch on Monday and said his three-time Pro Bowl quarterback seemed "fine," one day after he threw four touchdown passes despite broken ribs.

Hasselbeck had missed the previous 2 1/2 games. Last Monday he was in what Mora called "excruciating pain" while trying to accelerate his rehabilitation.

Hasselbeck called Monday a "real test, pain-wise." He's apparently passed it. Mora says Hasselbeck will practice this week on an "as-tolerated" basis. He is expected to start again on Sunday against Arizona.

Hasselbeck's return sparked Seattle to its first win in four games, 41-0 over Jacksonville. It also saved the Seahawks from a 1-4 start.
