Now that Oregon running back LeGarrette Blount has returned from his suspension, it remains to be seen how the No. 14 Ducks will use him.

Blount was suspended by coach Chip Kelly a day after the season opener for punching Boise State's Byron Hout. He missed eight games before his reinstatement on Monday.

Blount is practicing this week as the fifth-string running back on Oregon's roster. He'll be eligible to play Saturday night when the Ducks host Arizona State at Autzen Stadium, but it is not known whether he will play.

Oregon coach Chip Kelly says Blount's playing time will be determined by how he practices this week. The Ducks will start redshirt freshman LaMichael James, who has run for more than 1,000 yards so far this season.
