PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Kim Little's league-leading ninth goal of the season helped the Seattle Reign FC remain the only unbeaten team in the National Women's Soccer League, beating Sky Blue FC 3-1 Sunday.
Sky Blue opened the scoring with a goal late in the first half when midfielder Katy Freels got one past Reign goalkeeper Hope Solo on a shot outside the box.
The Reign fought back with three unanswered goals in the second half, starting with Nahomi “Naho” Kawasumi in the 50th minute. She had missed the last four matches while working with the Japanese national team.
Little scored three minutes later, then assisted on goal by Kawasumi in the 74th minute to ice it.

The Reign (8-0-2, 26 pts) leads the league standings, seven points ahead of the Chicago Red Stars. Those teams face off Saturday at 7 p.m. at Seattle Center's Memorial Stadium
