Redbox, a subsidiary of Bellevue-based Coinstar, plans to sell tickets to NASCAR events starting in 2013.
Tickets for NASCAR's Auto Club 400 in March will be available at Los Angeles-area Redbox kiosks beginning in January. The race takes place in Fontana, Calif.
Redbox launched event tickets in Philadelphia in October and include a fee of $1 per ticket.
The deal between Redbox and the International Speedway Corporation was announced in a press release Tuesday.
