The Seattle Mariners put on the annual "Hot Dog Chowdown for Charity" at Safeco Field Wednesday. Jesse Jones and Chris Egan represented KING 5. Jones was the co-winner with 7 hot dogs in 3 minutes. He tied defending champion Kevin Shockey from KJR Sports Radio. Egan put on a good show. He was dressed like M's shortstop Brendan Ryan. Egan could only down 4 hot dogs in the time allowed. But that was good for 3rd place. So KING 5 took home a gold and bronze. Nice job guys. By the way, there were a total of 8 contestants.
