There are hundreds of places you can go for a beer but when you go to Outlander Brewery, you’re part of an experiment.

In the basement of a 113-year-old house, Brewer Nigel Lassitger is pushing the boundaries of brewing. Lassitger uses ingredients like lavender, ginseng, dragon fruit, spearmint, and chilli to recraft, craft beer.

Patrons are trying everything else on the long menu that changes every week. They’ve made more than 42 beers so far.

"What I really love about Outlander is, while the beer is always changing, you know it’s always going to be good," one customer said.

Outlander Brewery is open every day except Mondays and promises to offer something new every time. For more information, check out their website.
