Not many 10 year olds would see a homeless man and decide to take on the challenge of making life a little more bearable for Washington's disenfranchized. Battling Hemifacial Dysplasia herself, she started off selling hot cider to fund blankets for the homeless and has grown to include sock hats and quilts as well as childrens books warning against harassment.
