On the cusp of a professional piano career, Greg Foltz struck up a new note...as a world class brain surgeon. He now heads up the Ivy Center Research Lab at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute.  He says that he will ultimately return to music, his first love, once he cures brain cancer. One tall order for one talented man.

To support brain cancer research, participate in the Seattle Brain Cancer Walk. Learn more on how you can help at http://www.braincancerwalk.org/index.html.

Dr. Foltz has treated my wife since she was diagnosed in November of 2009. He is a wonderful doctor and person and he continues to give her hope in her fight against this horrible disease. My wish is that he will soon be able to return to his music full time and a cure for this disease will be found.
