Soldiers, police officers and cage fighters have been using it for years. It's been called brutal, extreme, even dangerous and you'll love it. Crossfit is now in your backyard.

I am a total believer in crossfit! It has amazing scalability So anyone at any age or weight can do it!! I have personally seen the results at 4 foot 11 and 250 pounds I needed something desperately although I did not lose all of my weight using crossfit this is where I have seen the bulk of my results since discovering it 2 years ago! Where it would have taken me years in traditional box gyms ie 24 hour fitness it has only taken me 2 years to drop more that 100 pounds!! I have personally gone to a couple of Olympic weightlifting meets and am going to my regions crossfit games! So have my other counterparts! Not only that too you meet some and make friends with the most amazing people! Who are your own personal cheerleaders!! This is why I went and got my Crossfit certification and doing what I love to do! So please come check us out!
