Bremerton has SOOO much potential as a great city. Their waterfront views are better than Seattle by a long shot and the access to the entire peninsula is a huge plus. They only need to get rid of the Navy and the scum and crime that goes with it, and property values would skyrocket. The Westside could become the new Eastside.
