MADRID (AP) — Officials say a bridge under construction collapsed in Andorra, killing three workers, injuring seven and leaving one missing under rubble.
Six men are receiving treatment in Andorra. One was flown to Barcelona in Spain for medical attention for a face injury.
A government spokesman says a complex maze of steel and concrete used in the construction of a viaduct collapsed on the men. Efforts continue to find the missing worker.
Andorra is a principality in the Pyrenees Mountains on the Spanish-French border.
