Apple's iPad Mini launch Friday morning around the world brought shorter lines than expected.

Here in Seattle, a dozen people waited outside of the University Village store. Some stores around the nation had no line at all.

Apple's flagship store in New York did have 500 people waiting for the launch.

The company's stock was down almost a percentage point Friday morning.

Investors worry the many product launches this fall will hurt profits.

Analysts are concerned about production costs for the new products and see no clear catalyst in coming months as almost every Apple product has been updated this fall.
