Richard Nixon won Washington's Electoral Votes in 1960 and again in 1972. In this photo, Nixon signs something while Century 21 President Joseph E. Gandy and Planned Parenthood executive director Lee Minto look on. Nixon was visiting the U.N. Pavilion at the Seattle World's Fair on August 10, 1962.
