Winds from Sandy are being blamed for the partial collapse of a building in Manhattan.
Part of the facade of the four-story building in the West Village came down around 6:30 p.m. Monday.
The rooms inside were exposed, but there were no injuries reported.
According to reports, firefighters helped some residents of the building to safety.
