1-8 in the Pac-12. As far as WSU Cougar fans are concerned, it may as well have been 1-0 because that one win was against the Washington Huskies. The Cougars stormed back from an 18-point fourth quarter deficit on Nov. 23, took advantage of an ill-advised Keith Price pass on the first play of overtime, then won on a 27-yard Andrew Furney field goal, 31-28. The win gave some momentum for the Cougs after a disappointing 3-9 season and sent the Huskies to the Maaco Bowl Las Vegas against Boise State.
