Couch to 5K 1

Running coach Dillon Kreider thought the Couch to 5k app was great for beginner runners. The workouts alternate one minute of jogging with one and a half minutes of running. Run 30 minutes a day, three days a week, for nine weeks and progressively work up to 30 minutes of nonstop running. Several different trainers are available with custom motivational tips to get you through the workout.
