NEW DELHI, INDIA: An elephant crushes pirated software CDs seized during recent anti-piracy raids, during a press briefing organised by India's National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and the Business Software Alliance (BSA) 28 April 1999 in New Delhi. A NASSCOM survey revealed that seven billion rupee (approx USD 165 million) a year are being lost due to pirated software.
