A 6-year-old boy was said to have climbed into a homemade balloon aircraft in Colorado and floated away, forcing officials to scramble to figure out how to rescue him as the balloon hurtled through the air. The balloon reached an altitude of about 7,000 feet and stayed aloft more than two and a half hours before coming down in a field.
