The kids are off from school and many families are looking for things to do for the remainder of the break.

Seattle Center's Winterfest is a family-friendly festival that is free to the public and features everything from musical acts and choirs to ice sculptures and an ice skating rink.

One of the groups featured is Seattle's own Massive Monkees, two-time World Champion breakers. The dance group will be performing on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. in the Armory at Seattle Center. The group is made up of several b-boys that compete all over the world, teach classes in Seattle and do a lot of community outreach.

Winterfest runs through December 31 and is free to the public. For more information, visit
