From dairy and soy free, to gluten and meat free, many families have dietary restrictions. It can be hard to navigate dinner time with so many different needs and wants around the table. When Chez Marie founder Marie Osmunson found herself in that situation, she started creating her own recipes.

"I came up with this great recipe and with encouragement from friends I took it to market," said Osmunson.

This Pacific Northwest mom turned her creativity into a booming business and now features 5 different flavors of patties in her line that are certified organic and GMO free.

Osmunson will be at the Edmonds PCC location from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. today to talk about her recipes and show how she uses them in her kitchen.
