This Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011 photo shows Lisa T. Dolan as she wipes water off the bench which bears the name of her late husband, Navy Capt. Robert E. Dolan, Jr., at the Pentagon Memorial in Arlington, Va. Capt. Dolan died Sept. 11, 2001, in the terrorist attack on the Pentagon. Lisa heads a team of nearly 50 volunteer docents at the permanent outdoor Pentagon Memorial, created to honor the 184 family members and friends killed that day both in the building and on American Airlines Flight 77.
