More lawmakers are speaking out about the uniforms American athletes will wear at the Olympic Games opening ceremonies next week.
Ralph Lauren designed the beret-topped uniforms, which were made in China.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on Thursday said the uniforms should be burned.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said much the same: "We take so much pride in them, they work so hard. They represent the very best and they are so excellent, it is all so beautiful and they should be wearing uniforms that are made in America"
A U.S. Olympic Committee spokesperson said the outrage is nonsense, saying Ralph Lauren is an American company.
