A Bellingham man is getting his dog back after the 3-year-old chocolate Labrador, Wyatt, was stolen along with his pick up on Sunday.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police found Wyatt by tracking the thieves' sale of a stolen phone, according to Global News. RCMP in Kelowna did not find the stolen truck or other contents.

Frank Choltco-Devlin was climbing in Squamish, B.C., with a friend and when he returned his 2002 Dodge Ram was gone from the parking lot along with Wyatt, who was inside, and two mountain bikes on the truck.

In an ad on Craigslist, Choltco-Devlin described Wyatt as a mellow and loving dog. He offered $1,000 for information leading to Wyatt's safe return.
