NEW YORK – Debrahlee Lorenzana, the former Citibank manager who says she was fired for being too sexy, now says she's in trouble with her new employer, JPMorgan Chase.

According to the New York Daily News, Lorenzana is accusing Chase of threatening to fire her if she does not stop talking about her lawsuit. She says Chase wants her to stop putting the banking industry in a bad light.

Lorenzana had not been identifying herself as a Chase employee in media interviews.

The 33-year-old single mother is suing Citibank, saying she was ultimately fired for wearing work attire that showed off her flattering figure. Before that, she said she had been pulled aside and asked not to wear certain types of clothing because it was a distraction. Citibank has denied the allegations and says the lawsuit is without merit.

Lorenzana got a job as a personal banker at a Brooklyn Chase branch about a month ago.

Her attorney, Jack Tuckner, tells the Daily News that Chase indicated it didn't like Lorenzana putting a negative tone on the banking industry in the press. Lorenzana also says a supervisor told her that she was violating Chase's code of conduct.

Chase declined to comment to the Daily News.

Lorenzana says she told Chase that she plans to keep talking to the press.

"I'm going to speak to the media. This has nothing to do with you,"  she reportedly told her boss.

Lorenzana made appearances on network morning shows Monday.
