Two shot, one dead after shooting at Motel 6

SEATAC, Wash. - One man is dead, another is in the hospital after a shooting late Wednesday night.

King County Sheriff deputies responded to the Motel 6 in the 18900 block of 47th Avenue South around 10:00 p.m. When deputies arrived at the scene they found the body of a man in the parking lot.

The victim was seen arguing with the suspect in the motel's parking lot when the suspect pulled a gun and fired at least two shots into the victim's chest.

A second man was struck by a stray bullet while getting out of the shower in his motel room. King County Sheriff's Office reports the injured man was taken to Valley Hospital and is in good condition.

The shooting suspect fled the scene in a dark-colored car. Witnesses described the suspect as a black male, in his 20s, and wore a grey hoodie and dark pants.
