Teach your kids the importance of 9-1-1

It only takes 3 simple numbers to save a life, and it's never too soon to start teaching your kids how and when to call 911.

SEATTLE, WASH. - It's never too soon to teach your kids the three simple numbers that can possibly save a life.  King County's Enhanced 9-1-1 program is responsible for administering the emergency 9-1-1 telephone system throughout King County.  With help from Emery the Emergency Penguin, the Emery All Star program is aimed at teaching kids and their parents how and when to call 9-1-1.  King County E-911 Program Manager Kayreen Lum and 9-1-1 Emery All Star Ibrahim Ali explain how the program works and the importance of having this program.
