The Washington State Patrol is investigating a one-car crash that occurred on southbound Interstate 5 near Martin Way in Olympia on Sunday morning.
Witnesses told troopers the vehicle passed them at over 100 mph.
The driver - a 20-year-old man from Oregon - ran off the road and into a tree.
Troopers say amazingly, the driver did not have life threatening injuries and was talking to troopers.
