Community leaders on Seattle's Capitol Hill  are asking for the city's help in curbing crime and hate crimes in their neighborhood. Capitol Hill is like Belltown a decade ago with new nightclubs and restaurants, but it is also the center of Seattle's gay population. And there's an increased perception that hate crimes are on the rise. KING 5's Linda Brill reports.
