The Bothell Police Department is investigating reports of a man spying on women in a public library bathroom last week.
Police said the incidents occurred on April 2 and April 4, between the hours of 7 and 8 p.m. at the King County Library branch in Bothell on 98th Avenue Northeast.
In both cases, a man was seen by library staff and witnesses entering the women's restroom to view or record females using the toilets.
Witnesses described the man as having a medium build with a dark complexion, possibly being of Asian or Hispanic descent. They said he was between 25 and 35 years old, and 5 foot 6 inches to 6 feet in height.
Police advise anyone who comes into contact with the the individual described above or others engaged in similar behavior to call 911.
They also encourage adults who frequent the library with children to accompany them to the bathroom.
