SEATTLE - Two men have filed a civil lawsuit against the Boy Scouts of America and its Seattle chapter, alleging they were sexually assaulted as children by an assistant scoutmaster in Kent.
The two say they were abused in the early 1970s by Jack Loholt, also known as Jack Onefrey.
He has been convicted of sex crimes in Washington state and Canada.
According to the lawsuit, Loholt was removed from scouting by his Mormon church's bishop, but later allowed to return after counseling.
