Kids who trick-or-treat in Seattle this Halloween are likely to stay safe and get loads of candy, according to real estate website Zillow.
That's because Seattle ranks fourth on their list of the best cities for trick-or-treating.
Zillow formed the list by analyzing home values, population density, the ability to walk around the area and crime stats.
Top cities are those where kids can get the best candy without having to walk too far, while experiencing the fewest safety risks.
Zillow took the analysis one step further and broke down the best trick-or-treating neighborhoods in Seattle.
They are: Loyal Heights, Phinney Ridge, Wallingford, Madison Park and Roosevelt.
Portland also ranked in the top 10.
The list is:
1. San Francisco
5. San Jose
7. Los Angeles
10. Washington, D.C.
