A Seattle lawyer charged with raping local massage therapists is expected to be released on bail from the King County Jail Tuesday under terms outlined by a judge.
Danford Grant, 47, will be on electronic home monitoring and have limited use of his computer to email his lawyers and wife.
He will be allowed to leave his home for up to four hours at a time to visit with lawyers and doctors.
Grant is charged with seven felonies, including the rape of a massage worker at knife point. His bail was reduced from $3 million to $1 million last week.
A trial date has not been set.
