A new report from Seattle Police Department’s Office of Professional Accountability details several incidents where officers were disciplined and at least three involve alcohol.

The report doesn't give us dates on the incidents but says two officers were disciplined, in separate incidents, for driving under the influence in city vehicles.

In one case the officer was terminated.  The other officer was reprimanded and suspended, but had that punishment deferred.

The office also investigated a complaint from Canadian police that an officer went to an event in Canada and flashed his badge to gain free access.  That complaint also involved allegations of alcohol and the officer was suspended for ten days without pay.
