An apartment complex is being designed in downtown Seattle solely for bicyclists.
The complex at 6th and Lenora will include a bike shop on the ground floor, 250 bike parking stalls for residents and a gym, according to MyNorthwest.com. The plans also include a Tom Douglas restaurant, a cake shop, a grocery store and a coffee shop on the ground floor of the 350-foot building.
Membership to the bike club will be available for non-residents for a small fee and come with access to showers, lockers and bike service.
The complex is being designed by the Pine Street Group.
