King County Metro's addition of a new RapidRide route connecting West Seattle to downtown has some residents concerned about parking and traffic.

RapidRide's C line, due to launch service this fall, will cross through the Alaska Junction part of West Seattle, already the hub to many bus routes servicing southwest Seattle. Neighbors say streets are already crowded with cars left by commuters, and they are concerned that already crowded streets will present a safety hazard to pedestrians.
